## Opis stanowiska

Work closely with live customers to help them achieve improved processes and increased efficiency. Analyze customer data and provide recommendations to increase workflow automation. Guide customers on best practices and system configuration. Inform customers about new features and explain their business impact. Support clients during the full implementation cycle (initiation, design, build, training & UAT, go-live). Collaborate and interface with peers within the global Professional Services team.

## Kogo szukamy

Prior experience with cloud-based/SaaS IT systems.  Background in Spend Management, Source-to-Pay, or Purchase-to-Pay.  Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.  Ability to manage multiple clients and projects tasks simultaneously with high quality and control.  Experience as an application consultant or in accounting.  Bachelor of Science degree or higher.  Fluency in English is mandatory.
