## Opis stanowiska

Design and develop high - performance trading system components in a distributed architecture with a focus on low latency;  Implement new features and functionalities in both existing and new systems, ensuring they adhere to low latency requirements;  Perform bug fixes and maintain code quality;  Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systems;  Collaborate closely with the Trading, Quant and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

## Kogo szukamy

3 - 5+ years of experience in building financial/ trading systems using Java or C++ on Linux;  Expertise in multi-threaded/concurrency programming using lock - free algorithms;  Proficiency in low - latency programming concepts and techniques;  Experience with the design and development of distributed systems;  Strong knowledge of AWS EC2 and experience in optimizing cloud environments for low latency;  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;  Ability to thrive in a fast - paced environment.
