## Opis stanowiska

Preparing documentation in the tax reclaim process  Validating documentation prepared by team members  Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes  Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking  Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks  Assisting in development junior team members  Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases  Implementing process changes

Key requirements:   2-5 years of relevant experience  Fluency in English  Computer literacy (Excel)  Experience in leadership and team play attitude  Ability to organize work efficiently and meeting deadlines  Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills  Willingness to develop and learn fast   Nice to have:   Economical degree
