## Opis stanowiska

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and contract positions across IT and engineering.  Prepare compelling and accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.  Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using multiple sourcing channels and networking techniques.  Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical and business interview processes.  Guide candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.  Lead offer preparation and salary negotiations in line with Consid's recruitment standards and compensation guidelines.  Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, market trends, and workforce planning.  Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.  Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Minimum 6+ years of commercial recruitment experience, including both permanent and contract hiring.  Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.  Extensive experience recruiting software engineering/IT roles (e.g., Embedded, Backend, Frontend, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Tech Lead).  Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools.  Experience with an ATS (Recruitee, Recrutify, or similar).  Deep understanding of the Polish IT talent market, salary expectations, and hiring trends.  Strong stakeholder management skills partnering with hiring managers.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Professional English proficiency and fluency in Polish.   Nice to have:   Previous recruitment agency/Software House experience.  Sales or business development experience, or commercial collaboration with stakeholders.  Experience supporting recruitment for consulting/technology services organizations.  Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
