## Opis stanowiska

Work directly with airline clients and internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions  Configure, adapt, and develop Python-based services and tools to support customer implementations  Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business users — explaining, negotiating, and aligning on solutions  Handle time-sensitive deliverables and support implementations under tight deadlines  Travel internationally to support workshops, onboarding, and go-live phases  Troubleshoot issues in production environments and ensure systems perform reliably in real operations

## Kogo szukamy

Several years in software engineering or similar roles  Strong Python skills (APIs, services, data handling in production environments)  Confidence working directly with clients or business stakeholders  Ability to operate in dynamic environments where requirements evolve  Fluent English and experience in international collaboration  Willingness to travel as part of the role  You are comfortable stepping outside pure coding and engaging with people  You can balance technical depth with business understanding  You take ownership and can operate under pressure when needed  You are flexible and solution-oriented in changing environments
