Act as the face and voice of the brand in video content (especially short-form video/reels)    Independently create and record engaging content for social media platforms    Lead the creation of Instagram content, with a strong focus on Reels    Develop content ideas, formats, and storytelling concepts aligned with brand goals    Stay on top of trends and actively test new formats, ideas, and creative approaches    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate business topics into engaging content    Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across channels

## Kogo szukamy

Proven experience in creating video content for social media (portfolio required)    Confidence and natural presence in front of the camera    Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and short-form video    Ability to work independently and take ownership of content creation    Creativity, energy, and a proactive mindset    Perfect English (C1/native)
