## Opis stanowiska

Serve as daily thought partner on complex strategic decisions, challenge assumptions, pressure test strategies, provide objective perspective  Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights  Help the CTO think through options, trade-offs, and implications before major decisions  Facilitate quarterly OKR planning and reviews across engineering  Identify gaps, synergies, and strategic opportunities across the organization  Prepare Board presentations on engineering strategy, portfolio performance, organizational health  Draft strategic memos, executive summaries, decision documents for CEO and executive team  Optimize CTO's time toward highest-value activities: strategy, vision, customers, external relationships  Shield CTO from operational noise by resolving issues proactively  Ensure CTO is prepared and effective in every critical meeting  Coordinate response to major customer escalations requiring engineering intervention  Act as chief problem solver for high-priority, high-complexity issues  Build organizational muscle memory by documenting learnings and playbooks  Plan and facilitate SLT meetings - set agendas aligned to strategic priorities, prepare pre-reads, ensure clear outcomes  Build SLT effectiveness - improve decision-making, communication, conflict resolution

Experience in a strategic or operational role within an engineering or technology organization  Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights  Proven track record of facilitating OKR planning and reviews  Excellent executive communication skills, including preparing board-level presentations  Experience in budget planning and resource allocation  Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve high-priority issues  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
