## Opis stanowiska

Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.  Diagnose and resolve technical problems.  Providing information on products and their functionality.  Entering requests into the system.

## Kogo szukamy

Fluency in Hungarian B2/C1.  Excellent command of English B1/B2.  Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).  Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.  Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month. Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–18:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.
