## Opis stanowiska

Developing professional role applying specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data; identifying policy gaps, interpreting data, and making recommendations.  Managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation; independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operations environment.  Processing day-to-day loan transactions including booking cash transactions, making payments, performing reconciliations, and inputting general ledger entries.  Supporting a diverse array of products and services; following procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation.  Making recommendations for process improvement; designing and analyzing loan documentation reports.  Minimizing risk through procedural knowledge; timely management and escalation of inquiries.  Interacting with external customers; demonstrating intermediate knowledge of products and processes and excellent knowledge of bank systems.  Utilizing communication skills to interact with stakeholders; assessing risk and complying with laws and regulations.

Qualifications:   0-2 years relevant experience  Elementary level knowledge of Business Processes, Systems and Tools used in the Loan Process  Demonstrate understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services  Basic awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation  Able to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues  Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes  Comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and adhering to Policies   Education:   Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
