## Opis stanowiska

Collaborate with Product Development seniors to define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring a well-prioritised and timely pipeline of epics across Trustee Fiduciary Services agile teams.  Manage the programme backlog using JIRA, supporting the drafting and refinement of epics and contributing to prioritisation decisions ahead of agile ceremonies.  Identify and escalate risks and issues at programme level, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and that mitigation actions are tracked and completed.  Gather and analyse data to support key programme metrics, providing insight that informs decisions across the Agile Release Train.  Represent Product at agile ceremonies, coordinating updates and ensuring Product Development seniors and their delegates have the reporting needed for timely sign-off.  Build and maintain effective working relationships with Technology Programme Managers, Operations Leads, and Coverage teams to keep delivery aligned to strategic objectives.  Foster a high-performance team environment where risk awareness and delivery accountability are embedded in day-to-day ways of working.
