## Opis stanowiska

Lead the hiring and people management strategy for the Managed Services team in Poland, aligning compensation, market knowledge, and local labor laws with Veeva standards.  Directly manage a high-performing team of experts and managers, ensuring accurate resource planning, capacity management, and individual performance management.  Collaborate closely with other Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.  Engage directly with customers and serve as the escalation and delivery lead on selected strategic accounts.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience, including recent employment at a global consulting or software company.  5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market.  Strong, proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe.  Clear and practical understanding of the Polish tech market and Polish labor law.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  Based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.   Nice to have:   Prior experience living, studying, or working outside of Poland.
