## Opis stanowiska

Define customer's goals for Agentic AI use and translate them into actionable plans  Collaborate with Vstorm Engineering Lead to define the path toward reaching the goals  Iteratively update the approach based on the progress of the AI engineering team  Communicate progress to stakeholders and support execution of the approach  Draw from Vstorm's proprietary TriStorm methodology to secure results of Agentic AI implementations

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   5+ years of proven experience in change management, project management, or executive advisory, especially in IT/AI environments  Strong ownership mindset and ability to bring structure into dynamic environments  Some awareness of Agentic AI (even failed projects count as valuable)  Very good English (C1 minimum) and fluent or native Polish  Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance – hybrid work mode is a must   Nice to have:   Hands-on experience with Claude or similar tools
