## Opis stanowiska

Providing support to users of a well-known social media platform.  Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.  Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.  The project operates 24/7. Contractors independently declare their availability within the project's operating hours.

## Kogo szukamy

Upper-intermediate English skills (min. B2/C1) - mainly in writing.  Very good computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.  Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.  Availability to participate in an 8-day training conducted on-site in Poznań.  Availability of approximately 120–140 hours per month.
