## Opis stanowiska

Designing both static and animated banners for ad campaigns.  Designing emails for email marketing campaigns.  Designing posts and images for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).  Designing unique logos and brand guides from scratch.  Drawing vector icons and illustrations.  Designing print material (brochures, letterheads, business cards).  Supporting web design team with website mockups for desktop and mobile.  Participating in client meetings, strategizing goals with Digital Producers.  Collaborating with copywriters, PPC team on creative concepts and tradeoffs.  Preparing organized design files.  Ensuring timely project completion following methodology and quality standards.

Key requirements:   Total mastery of video and photo editing software.  A passion for design, branding, marketing, advertising, online content creation.  General understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).  Desire to continue learning and keep up with the design industry.  Portfolio with experience in ad banners, marketing emails, social posts, logos.  Excellent written and spoken English.  Ability to perform well under pressure and short deadlines.  Experience presenting materials to clients professionally.  Availability to work 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Pacific.  Reliable workstation with fast computer, microphone, speakers, reliable internet and power.   Nice to have:   Knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.  Knowledge of Klaviyo and Mailchimp.  Experience with project tools (Basecamp, QuickBooks, Google Docs).  Familiarity with video editing/motion graphics (Adobe Premiere, After Effects).  Illustration or traditional drawing skills.  Professional experience with advertising agencies or digital marketing.
