Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design or a related field  Proven 5 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, creative environment  Exceptional English speaking and writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy  Strong understanding of social media platforms, their best practices and global trends  Understanding of cross-categorial insights, especially related to Gen-Z  Proven track record working with top brands on minimum regional level  Demonstrated ability in conceptualising and creating engaging storyboards  Ability to analyse and interpret marketing data to inform strategy development  Proven track record in managing UGC and maintaining brand equity  Proficiency in latest digital and social media tech and communication trends  Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
