## Opis stanowiska

Design and edit video ads for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube according to and surpassing platform best practices  Repurpose current assets from clients into high performing video ads  Create branded ads using motion skills  Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to conceptualise and storyboard quick-turn ad content  Research current trends and create videos according to best practices  Pioneer new ad formats alongside partners, always pushing boundaries

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 2 years of experience in editing/motion design  Experience in digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Banner Ads) is a plus  Proficiency in English at C1 level  Understanding of design principles and storyboard composition  Experience in repurposing assets (animating, cutting, editing) alongside social media platform best practices  Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator  Proven ability to turn around edits at high speed without sacrificing quality  Knowledge of up-to-date trends in motion design and advertising  Experience in working with KV and Brandbooks  Experience in conceptualising and quickly creating creative storyboards  Passion for designing and creating animated video ads  Good time management and team spirit
