## Opis stanowiska

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for the website, aligned with business goals and audience needs.  Collaborate cross-functionally to define content requirements, guidelines, standards, and KPIs.  Establish content governance processes: best practices, review, approval, archiving, and continuous performance improvement.  Guide stakeholders in executing content strategies consistent with brand messaging and business objectives.  Define and implement content structures within the CMS for consistency across digital touchpoints.  Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.  Support the full website content lifecycle, from strategy through analysis, emphasizing governance.  Manage and optimize content workflows within a headless CMS to improve content reuse across channels.  Govern the content model and taxonomy for consistent use by business and digital/IT stakeholders.  Audit CMS adherence to best practices; update taxonomy as new websites are onboarded.  Collaborate with IT for seamless CMS integration and functionality.  Train marketing stakeholders on the headless CMS platform and headless content approach.  Stay current with headless CMS advancements and recommend improvements.

## Kogo szukamy

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.  5–7 years of experience in content strategy and content management, with in-depth knowledge of content strategy principles, practices, and methodologies.  Strong knowledge of website content best practices, including SEO, user experience, and accessibility.  Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing content projects.  Proficiency in working with headless CMS platforms and a strong understanding of content management workflows and processes.  Experience editing and analyzing digital content with exceptional attention to detail.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.  Outstanding organizational skills.
