## Opis stanowiska

Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones complex projects  Identify stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each  Direct the creation of requirements and manage their alignment to business goals  Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management  Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues  Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives  Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals  Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis  Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary  Escalate program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate

## Kogo szukamy

10+ years relevant experience in Funds Services  5+ years in Project management including system design/requirements analysis and submission to Technology for an execution  Experience in Testing – scope, scenarios validation & results review (both functional & regression)  Good communication skills to navigate different set of the stakeholders as well as negotiation & conflict Resolution  Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments, including backlog management and prioritization
