## Opis stanowiska

Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects, both client and internal, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.  Ensure technical solutions are accurately aligned with business objectives, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.  Facilitate the adoption of new systems and workflows by business units, ensuring smooth transitions.  Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation and projects risk.  Lead process optimization initiatives, establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Relevant experience as Business Analyst in Change Management unit or in operational improvements area (e.g. Lean, reengineering programs).  Experience of working with asset management clients on a variety of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, Segregated) or Investor Services operations.  Thorough understanding of financial market.  Very good command of English.  Strong analytical skills.  Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.   Nice to have:   Knowledge of Corporate Actions is an advantage.
