## Opis stanowiska

Ensuring high code quality, best practices, and compliance with the defined technology stack across applications  Reviewing and approving Pull Requests with a focus on maintainability, performance, and security  Providing technical leadership and taking responsibility for delivery towards the client  Defining application scope in collaboration with stakeholders, especially during new releases  Ensuring timely delivery within agreed estimates and expected quality standards  Identifying and communicating technical risks and potential issues early  Supporting, mentoring, and guiding team members in their daily work  Assigning tasks and coordinating activities within the development team  Resolving team conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment  Sharing delivery status and aligning with other Tech Leads and Architects  Organizing and facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, etc.)  Collaborating closely with QA, UX, and other teams to ensure end-to-end quality  Maintaining clear and transparent communication with stakeholders

Key requirements:   Strong experience with Angular (Senior level)  Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities  Solid understanding of clean code principles, software architecture, and design patterns  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments  Very good English (spoken and written)  Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills   Nice to have:   Experience working on enterprise-scale applications  Previous collaboration with international clients  Exposure to energy, utilities, or industrial domains
