## Opis stanowiska

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions with a focus on SAM and ITOM modules in enterprise environments  Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions  Ensure integration with key enterprise systems and platforms  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure and application teams  Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle  Support stakeholders in technical decision-making and solution design  Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation  Apply ServiceNow best practices and standards across all developments  Integrate with Oracle and SSO providers (Microsoft Entra ID) to support data collection and software usage visibility  Integrate with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP (ABAP & SuccessFactors), IBM / Red Hat, and GitHub  Implement and optimize ITOM Discovery using Agent Client Collector  Enhance existing integrations (Miro, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, Slack), including transition from MFT to direct ServiceNow integrations

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments  Proven development experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM  Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development practices  Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications  Experience working in complex enterprise environments  Excellent communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams  Very good English skills   Nice to have:
