## Opis stanowiska

Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.  Provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities and best practices.  Conduct and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.  Configure, test, validate, and document Workday solutions across multiple functional areas.  Analyze HR processes and recommend scalable improvements and optimization strategies.  Support clients in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions.  Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and clients.  Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.  Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.  Mentor and support junior consultants within the team.

## Kogo szukamy

Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.  Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.  Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.  Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Experience in HR process analysis and optimization.  Excellent documentation and presentation skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.  Strong command of English, both written and spoken.  Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
