Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including objects, flows, and integrations  Develop and enhance Agentforce Service use cases in real project environments  Ensure proper alignment between business requirements and technical implementation  Collaborate with architects and business analysts to validate feasibility and data model design  Support testing activities, defect resolution, and UAT preparation  Optimize automation and service processes within Salesforce  Contribute to high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

Key requirements:   Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce projects (mandatory)  Strong background in Salesforce development in production environments  Experience with Salesforce Agentforce Service  Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, flows, and automation  Knowledge of integrations and service processes within Salesforce ecosystem  Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset  Good communication skills and English at business level   Nice to have:   Experience in retail industry environments  Broader exposure to Salesforce ecosystem and service processes
