## Opis stanowiska

Administer and operate the endpoint monitoring platform, including dashboards, metrics, and configurations  Design and develop dashboards, reports, and monitoring solutions  Manage and utilize APIs for data extraction and automation  Develop, maintain, and deploy PowerShell and Bash scripts across the organization using GitHub pipelines  Work in an Agile environment (Jira, sprints) and contribute to continuous service improvement  Provide support across L1–L3 levels for monitoring-related topics and troubleshooting  Ensure high standards of accuracy, quality, and security for all deployed scripts

## Kogo szukamy

Strong experience in platform administration (monitoring tools such as Nexthink or similar)  Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash, with attention to quality and scalability  Experience working with APIs, data processing, and structured development workflows  Knowledge of NQL or willingness to learn  Understanding of support models (L1–L3)  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
