## Opis stanowiska

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI solutions in production  Integrate LLM-based features and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) into applications and workflows  Develop and maintain Java-based microservices for AI-driven systems  Build and maintain AI solutions in the GCP environment  Design modern, reliable, and high-performance architectures  Promote AI adoption to improve development processes and products  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly  Ensure code quality, performance, and best engineering practices  Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver workable solutions

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   6+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles  Experience working with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions  Very good knowledge of Java and experience with microservices  Experience in implementing GenAI or LLM-based solutions in production environments  AI mindset – openness to using artificial intelligence in software development and process improvement  Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  Ability to design modern, scalable technology solutions  Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment  Very good English skills   Nice to have:   Knowledge of integration patterns for AI-based systems  Experience working in an Agile environment and in cross-functional teams
