## Opis stanowiska

Lead and coordinate the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IAM solutions, aligning them with customer and business needs across B2C and B2B domains.  Lead the integration of IAM systems with cloud and on-premises applications, ensuring secure and seamless user experience.  Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with organizational security standards.  Own and coordinate the resolution of complex IAM issues by orchestrating troubleshooting activities, driving root cause analysis, and ensuring sustainable corrective actions are implemented.  Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to identity and access management.  Stay current with IAM trends, threats, and best practices to proactively enhance the organization's security posture.

Key requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)  Proven experience with ForgeRock (Ping), SiteMinder (CA SSO, CA DIR, CA API GW), Azure AD  Demonstrated experience navigating large IT organizations and complex, heterogeneous IT architectures, including coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders  Ability to operate effectively within established governance, operating, and delivery models  Proven experience designing, managing, or coordinating IAM solutions in complex enterprise environments  Proven experience in AWS, NGINX+ and Kubernetes  Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, and identity federation protocols like OIDC, OAuth2 and SAML  Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR or comparable regulatory standards)  Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM solutions in enterprise environments  Solid understanding of security and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)  Load Balancers (F5)  Advanced networking concepts and troubleshooting   Nice to have:   Relevant certifications are considered a plus, such as ITIL or organizational / operating model frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum)
