## Opis stanowiska

Analyse regulatory requirements and understand their impact on TME’s business and IT systems  Support the creation of compliance policies, standards and requirements  Support the design and implementation of compliance processes  Manage small compliance projects  Analyse and resolve compliance issues  Provide training and support to Toyota Motor Europe members on compliance requirements and standards  Promote awareness of IT compliance across the company

## Kogo szukamy

Basic knowledge of compliance and regulations, e.g. GDPR  Basic knowledge of IT architecture and cybersecurity  Analytical problem-solving mindset  Strong teamwork skills  Customer-oriented communication  Proactive learning attitude  Adaptability in fast-changing environment  Excellent spoken and written English  Degree in IT, law or business, preferably with a compliance or regulation element  Internship or hands-on experience in compliance or IT
