## Opis stanowiska

Implement and customize Guidewire core insurance system, working with alternative JVM language  Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account architecture and its constraints  Serve as a reliable advisor and sparring partner for clients  Independently lead a project team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high standards  Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams  Create well-structured technical documentation using BPMN, UML  Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team  Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer using Java or Gosu  Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role as Tech Lead or Architect  Fluency in English and German (B2/C1 level)  Solid hands-on experience with systems integration or insurance domain  Understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles  Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge business and technical solutions  Experience in effort estimation and risk identification  Knowledge of Web Services, Microservices, JMS, or Spring  Readiness to travel regularly  Ability to work in the EU   Nice to have:   Experience from a consulting company  A desire to mentor and support less experienced colleagues  A proactive approach to self-development
