Responsibilities:   Working in a Scrum environment, with a strong focus on effective team collaboration.  Development of multiple products, offering the opportunity to build a wide range of functionalities.  High-performance systems - we process massive volumes of data with minimal latency.  A strong emphasis on high availability and scalability, supporting investments made by users all over the world.

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Strong experience in building Java-based microservices - hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and evolving microservices, with an understanding of scalability and performance challenges.  Commercial experience with the Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.  Ability to deliver according to requirements - translating business analysis into concrete technical solutions while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.  Ownership and proactivity - taking responsibility for assigned tasks, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to ensure successful project delivery.  Commitment to code quality - adhering to the highest engineering standards, focusing on clean, testable code and alignment with best practices and system architecture.  Active contribution to project development - engaging in continuous improvement and optimization, proposing innovative solutions, and collaborating closely with the team toward shared goals.  Experience in effective communication and collaboration with an experienced team - you are comfortable working with professionals with strong expertise, building productive working relationships, and aligning on goals and decisions within a mature team environment.
