## Opis stanowiska

Design, build, and optimize high-availability, high-performance systems handling thousands of requests per minute.  Work with a modern, cloud-native tech stack: Kotlin, Spring, Kafka, and Kubernetes.  Join an agile, autonomous team with full ownership of microservices, from design to deployment.  Tackle complex backend challenges including distributed systems, data streaming, and algorithmic optimization.  Own the quality of product content in Allegro's product catalog, building AI-driven pipelines for content generation and evaluation.  Run A/B experiments to validate catalog content quality and optimize the buyer path.  Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, data analysts, and quality specialists.  Work in a hybrid model (4/1) with flexible working hours starting between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, plus up to 30 days of occasional remote work.

Key requirements:   Proficient coding in Kotlin or Java.  Driven to create impactful, high-quality work beyond simple task execution.  Pride in code quality, actively giving and receiving feedback during code reviews.  Ability to find effective solutions to user requirements.  Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.  Proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.  English and Polish proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.   Nice to have:   Experience with machine learning or AI-driven solutions.
