## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Code in Kotlin or Scala with experience in Spring Boot and Kafka to build robust backend systems  Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and Spark for managing high-velocity data pipelines and building scalable reporting engines  Proficient in PostgreSQL with experience in database migrations and designing integrations via APIs  Enjoy close collaboration with Data Scientists and Analysts to implement complex models and turn raw data into actionable insights  Enthusiastic about AI and want to stay at the forefront of technical innovation  Want to build impactful tools for a diverse range of users, helping them understand campaign performance through advanced statistics and dashboards  Know English at at least B2 level   Nice to have:   Experience with frontend technologies (React/TypeScript) to help build modern frontend reporting components
