Shaping the evolution of AdTech solutions as a key analytical partner to the Technology Advertising Director  Turning complex data and ML models into high-stakes recommendations driving business growth  Working with advanced analytics, ML, and modern data stacks at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering  Bridging the gap between complex tech stacks and business growth  Transforming raw signals into high-stakes product recommendations driving bottom-up innovation across the entire ecosystem

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery  Proficiency in Python or R for statistical computing and building replicable, version-controlled analytical workflows  Practical use of Machine Learning (e.g., boosted decision trees, scikit-learn, pandas) to solve specific business problems  Mastery of Tableau or Looker Studio to build intuitive, high-impact narratives rather than just 'laundry lists' of metrics  Sufficient knowledge of UX/Design and Backend architecture to act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders   Nice to have:   Experience in managing GCP budgets and optimizing the performance of analytical microservices  MarTech or AdTech products knowledge
