Developing and maintaining Java-based solutions within Data Products initiatives  Rebuilding and enhancing collateral data streams following Data Mesh principles  Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions  Participating in code reviews and supporting technical discussions as a sparring partner

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development  Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams  Experience working according to the four-eyes principle and participating in peer reviews  Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and technical requirements  Fluency in spoken and written English  Proactive mindset and willingness to support and engage colleagues in technical discussions  Experience in the banking or financial services industry will be considered an advantage
