Develop and engineer ETL solutions with high standards of reliability and stability  Design and implement scalable backend and data integration solutions  Collaborate with business partners, architects, and data consumers to address business needs  Manage end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to production deployment  Optimize engineering workflows using AI tools to improve efficiency and maintainability  Support technical leadership initiatives, code quality standards, and engineering best practices

## Kogo szukamy

Strong hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration - min. 5 years  Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Python  Experience with event-driven systems such as Kafka  Experience designing and implementing REST APIs  Practical knowledge of Spring Boot or similar backend frameworks  Experience incorporating AI tools into software engineering processes  Fluent English, both written and spoken
