Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas  Design and implement performance optimization strategies for Java/WebLogic applications  Collaborate with developers and architects to introduce performance enhancements  Monitor application health using performance monitoring tools  Investigate and resolve performance issues proactively and reactively  Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations  Stay up-to-date with performance engineering best practices

Wymagania kluczowe:   Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or similar role  Strong understanding of application architecture and performance optimization  Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter)  Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics)  Strong experience with WebLogic performance tuning and analysis  Knowledge of web server configuration and optimization  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills  Strong communication and collaboration skills   Mile widziane:   Experience with Temenos Core Banking
