Build and maintain backend applications in Java  Learn to work fluently with AI coding agents (Claude, Codex) and bring them into daily development  Experiment with MCP servers to automate real engineering tasks  Help define and improve our AI-assisted development practices  Work closely with developers, testers and analysts to make delivery faster and better  Be honest about results — including when an AI approach doesn't pay off

B2)   Nice to have:   Hands-on tinkering with Claude, Codex, Cursor, MCP or similar  Experience with Spring / typical backend stack, cloud, CI/CD  A side project, blog post or experiment showing curiosity
