## Opis stanowiska

Maximizing the value delivered by integration (orchestration) teams  Executing the strategic direction defined by architecture teams  Creating, refining, and clearly communicating Product Backlog items  Prioritizing backlog to ensure optimal delivery of business value  Ensuring backlog transparency and alignment with agile practices  Defining and communicating team objectives and goals (PI objectives)  Collaborating with architects, product management, and stakeholders  Supporting solution design aligned with architectural and non-functional requirements  Working closely with product management, architects, and other Product Owners  Contributing to integration framework governance and common platform development  Identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments at team level  Supporting agile delivery within organizational standards and governance frameworks  Daily cooperation with integration teams and participation in governance forums

## Kogo szukamy

At least 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role  Technical background - Java, Microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, API  Experience in agile environments, preferably within the financial sector  Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM, etc.)  Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams  Experience in breaking down complex initiatives into smaller deliverable stories  Solid understanding of IT architecture concepts  Experience or exposure to data integration and big data environments
