## Opis stanowiska

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for your assigned product area  Act as the Product Owner within your squad, own the backlog, prioritize features, and make acceptance decisions  Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows  Collaborate with the Tech Lead and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible and well-understood  Work with the QA Engineer to define acceptance criteria and validate delivered features against business expectations  Coordinate with other Business Analysts and the Project Manager to ensure consistency across product areas  Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions  Maintain up-to-date documentation of business rules, processes, and product specifications  Communicate requirements, decisions, and status in English to all stakeholders

## Kogo szukamy

Solid commercial experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects  Experience in the financial services or banking domain  Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation  Experience working within cross-functional agile teams (developers, QA, tech leads)  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  Ability to communicate freely in English (spoken and written)
