## Opis stanowiska

Supporting and maintaining mainframe-based applications in a production environment  Handling incidents, problems, and service requests in line with SLA and quality standards  Participating in application lifecycle management and continuous improvements  Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver changes and enhancements  Contributing to backlog refinement and Agile ceremonies (SAFe)  Driving assigned parts of change initiatives and ensuring sustainable solutions  Improving system stability, performance, and reliability  Ensuring applications meet business requirements and service level expectations

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   Strong hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe (z/OS) in an operational environment  Solid knowledge of DB2 (including data analysis and querying)  Experience with JCL and workload automation tools (e.g., TWS/OPC)  Ability to analyze and work with mainframe files (including hexadecimal data)  Understanding of application maintenance, incident and problem management processes  Familiarity with Agile/SAFe ways of working  Knowledge of payments domain (SWIFT, MT940/950, camt.052/053, transactions, statements)  Experience with system monitoring and production support   Nice to have:   Linux (Red Hat), Oracle, XML
