## Opis stanowiska

Engage and collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate efforts  Support stakeholder engagement through interviews or workshops to identify and document project deliverables  Conduct analysis and Quality Assurance on gathered documentation to identify further documentation needs  Analyze access management and violations in application security and user access  Engage with Application and RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate mitigation suggestions  Facilitate identification and remediation process for violations  Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities  Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes  Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

## Kogo szukamy

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field  Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, Application Owner, or Application Manager, preferably within IAM or cyber security projects  Good understanding of applications, transactions, and access management  Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset  Good communication and stakeholder management skills
