## Opis stanowiska

Optimize existing marketing automation campaigns to improve customer engagement globally  Implement new, international marketing automation programs and campaigns  Introduce new channels and touchpoints to communicate with customers  Own cross-team, cross-office projects  Execute and develop newsletters  Report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights  Proactively benchmark competitors and best-of-breed SaaS industry email campaigns

## Kogo szukamy

Key requirements:   At least B2 in English and Polish  At least 1.5 years of professional experience in email marketing and marketing automation  Email marketing knowledge and best practices  Track record of projects using marketing automation and email marketing  Self-driven approach, high autonomy, goal orientation  Analytical skills  Customer instinct  Accuracy and great attention to detail  Strong research skills  Basic understanding of email technical issues  Ability to prioritize, plan work activities, use time efficiently, and self-monitor for quality  Ability to manage competing demands and changes in the work environment   Nice to have:   Experience with a B2C subscription business/product  Experience with Iterable  Experience with B2C SaaS marketing  Experience with Sisense or Google Analytics  Experience with eData or other deliverability management tools  International projects experience  HTML, SQL, and CSS knowledge  Experience with mobile push  Experience with SMS
