- Manage 2 or more IT projects simultaneously, including coordination of internal teams and external vendors
- Drive end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality)
- Lead stakeholder communication at team and executive (SteerCo) levels
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting
- Handle risk, issue, and change management processes
- Act as the main customer interface, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction
- Manage conflicts and escalations effectively
- Adapt to changing business priorities and evolving project scope
