Identifying new business contacts in the DACH market through LinkedIn, cold calling, and cold mailing  Qualifying inbound and outbound leads against the ideal customer profile  Running initial discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs  Keeping the pipeline up to date in CRM  Monitoring the DACH market, tracking competitor activity and spotting new opportunities  Collaborating with marketing on lead generation campaigns and sales materials  Assessing and routing partnership inquiries to the right people in the organization  Attending industry trade shows and conferences in the DACH region  Preparing sales reports for the Sales Director

## Kogo szukamy

Fluent German (C1/C2 or native)  Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships at different levels  Availability to work in a hybrid model from our Kraków office (3 days per week)  Willingness to travel for business to the DACH region  Self-starter attitude - you can organize your own work without constant supervision
