## Opis stanowiska

Running end-to-end recruitment processes - from the first contact with candidates to presenting offers.  Creating and publishing job advertisements.  Actively sourcing and cold calling - you enjoy finding people rather than waiting for them to come to you.  Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.  Keeping our candidate database and recruitment documentation up to date.  Supporting other projects within the people-related initiatives.

## Kogo szukamy

At least 3 years of experience in independently managing recruitment processes in the IT industry.  Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.  Fluency in Polish (C2/native) and good command of English (minimum B2).  You enjoy talking to people and know how to build long-term relationships.  You’re open-minded, proactive, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
