## Opis stanowiska

Create expert content: plan and produce materials that truly meet the needs of B2B clients - industry reports building authority, rankings attracting traffic and media attention, case studies showing concrete effects of cooperation, and cross-expert content created together with partners and opinion leaders.  Produce and develop video content: responsibility for creating expert video materials supporting lead generation activities - from concept and scenarios through production of videos, webinars, and high-value content, to optimization of distribution and analysis of the effectiveness of published content.  Create strategies: responsibility for creating and implementing advanced lead generation strategies that support all stages of the sales funnel - from building brand awareness to final conversion.  Expert advice: partner-level cooperation with sales, marketing, performance, partnership or external suppliers teams. Together we will test new approaches, optimize existing strategies, and push the entire industry forward.  Independent work: full autonomy in project management - from initiation to testing and implementing solutions that have a real impact on lead generation and conversion.

## Kogo szukamy

Minimum 5 years of experience in content, growth marketing, or lead generation (preferably B2B).  Practical knowledge of tools (e.g., HubSpot, Figma, etc.).  Expert knowledge in conversion optimization.  Able to analyze data and draw conclusions based on campaign results, continuous optimization of activities.  Quick adaptation of strategies based on campaign results.  Strategic thinking and independence in implementing projects that bring real results.  Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementation of innovative actions.  Excellent communication skills and partner-level cooperation with internal teams, external agencies, and management.
