## Opis stanowiska

Deliver high-quality customer support in Slovenian via phone and email    Assist users with inquiries regarding diabetes management devices and related services    Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and professional manner    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems    Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service quality objectives    Collaborate with colleagues and support teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

## Kogo szukamy

Fluent Slovenian language skills (C2 level or equivalent)    Communicative English skills (minimum B1 level)    Ability to work effectively in an international environment    Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM    Comfortable working with computers and common office applications    Customer-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving    Strong communication and interpersonal skills     Nice to have:     Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or healthcare-related support is considered an advantage
