Own the product vision and roadmap for our groundbreaking automation tool  Define a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and market capacity for services  Lead with Sales and TA teams, ensuring all functionalities are defined, mapped, and planned for development  Build an outcome-oriented roadmap, ensuring engagement with multiple data sources and integration with top ATS around the region  Own the end-to-end lifecycle: MVP → scaling → adoption → client onboarding -> scaling

Working with AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams  Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe)  Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority  Ability to operate effectively with external partners (data sources/ATS’s)  Business & Analytical Skills  Ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance)  Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset  Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach  Experience in start-up / scale up culture  Experience working in multi-market / international environments  Very good English skills
