You'll work on creating a responsive and engaging user experience, developing real-time features and helping shape the frontend architecture of a platform used in a live production environment.  What you will do:   Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript  Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces for real-time chat experiences  Implement streaming and real-time UI functionality  Manage complex client-side state and asynchronous data flows  Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions  Contribute to frontend architecture, code quality and best practices  Optimize performance and usability across the application

## Kogo szukamy

Client:  lead international bank   Recruitment process:  2 meetings with the Client, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter   Hybrid work:  6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw   Skills   Strong commercial experience with  React  and  TypeScript   Hands-on experience with  Tailwind CSS  and modern component libraries such as  shadcn/ui, Radix UI or similar  design systems  Proven experience building real-time or streaming user interfaces  Strong understanding of client-side state management and modern frontend architecture  Strong  AI development experience , including daily use of tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI-powered coding assistants  Ability to write clean, maintainable and scalable code   Nice to have   Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse  Hands-on experience integrating streaming AI APIs, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or SSE-based LLM solutions  Previous experience working on chat, messaging or AI-driven applications   What's in it for you?
