- Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite at Life Sciences companies ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech
- Configure Vault applications (workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications) to meet customer needs
- Work closely with customer's business and IT staff to understand requirements and help achieve their business vision
- Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation, maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs
- Drive change management methodology for customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions
- Assist with Quality processes including documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training
