## Opis stanowiska

Delivery of business requirement and user-acceptance testing for Valuation Control programmes, in line with Citi documentation standards  Partnering with Technology to deliver the right infrastructure tools and solutions aligned to both the Valuation Control vision and best in class Finance direction  Develop in-depth knowledge of the bank's analytics and technology ecosystem in order to provide strategic solutions to VCG's automation requirements.  Appropriately assessing risks and issues related to the projects and ensuring timely and effective escalation  Stakeholder management covering Regional Valuation Control leads, Global Valuation Control teams, other CSC leads  Creating ideas and insight of how the Valuation Control process can be improved, simplified and operate more effectively

## Kogo szukamy

6+ years Finance experience, ideally with broad Product Control and IPV experience  Proven ability and experience of leading change across a number of different teams / stakeholders  Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines  Highly motivated with advanced analytical & problem solving abilities  Experience in business analyst role for complex system implementation projects  Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
